Samsung Commits to Four Years of Security Updates for Galaxy Devices
I'm somewhat skeptical (also a correction)
Part of me is skeptical.
They don't explicitly say that it is four years of *android* security patches.
Is it possible that this only applies to Samsung's native apps and homegrown tech?
Also, the link goes to the previous August 2020 announcement about three years of android OS upgrades.
The PR for the security announcement is at: https://news.samsung.com/global/samsung-takes -galaxy-security-to-the-next-level-by-extendi ng-updates
