UIQ

A software platform for smartphones based on the Symbian OS. Traditionally, UIQ has relied on a pen-based interface requiring a touchscreen, like a PDA. Newer UIQ devices (starting with version 3) can also be non-touchscreen devices designed for one-handed use.

UIQ competes primarily with Series 60 and Windows Mobile.
