Hyperlapse

A camera feature that produces highly sped-up video. It's somewhat similar to a time-lapse mode, but designed to be smoother; more like video instead of a series of stills. It usually includes advanced stabilization to smooth out hand movement over time.

One use might be a quick walkthrough of a building or neighborhood.
