AT&T
AT&T's current wireless network uses LTE 4G and WCDMA (UMTS) / HSPA+ 3G technology. Both technologies are deployed in bands 2 (1900) and 5 (850). The company's LTE network also uses bands 4, 12, 29, and 30. Bands 29 and 30 are the newest. Band 29 is unusual because it is only used in conjunction with other bands to boost download speed. They also operate the FirstNet network for public safety in band 14. AT&T Mobility was known as Cingular until 2007.
